Our therapists are all trained to Masters-level, hold their own insurance and enhanced DBS, and are members of relevant governing bodies such as the BACP. We are committed to upholding the ethical standards of counselling to give you the best experience and the right support.

Sarah

I graduated in 2018 from the University of Essex with a Masters-level degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and also Psychology. Since 2020 I have worked at Teenage Mental Health in Ipswich helping countless children and young people with their mental health difficulties, and founded Evergreen in 2025.

At Evergreen I work with clients from ages 10 and upwards who have a range of mental health difficulties, and also hold parenting sessions and support groups at Evergreen to support parents with their own struggles. I work with a wide range of mental health conditions using the Psychodynamic approach, and I am also CBT trained and can help with mental health conditions including:

Kate

In 2025 I graduated from the University of Essex with a Masters-level degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. My passion lies in supporting children and young people to help make sense of those difficult internal workings that may feel almost impossible to manage alone.

 I offer age-appropriate treatment such as play therapy for younger children and talking therapies for those that are older. Due to the client-led nature of the sessions, clients are encouraged to express themselves however they wish whether it be through play, artwork or talking therapy. 

During my training I worked with a wide range of children and adolescents. age 4 - 25, supporting them through multiple complex issue including;

  • ADHD

  • Autism
