We know life is busy, so we offer appointments with specific therapists later in the day to give you greater flexibility, and to ensure you can get the help you need. Below are alternate therapists who can offer evening appointments to suit you.
Natalie
Natalie graduated from the University Centre of Colchester in 2018 with a first class BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Her degree focused on person-centred counselling theory, and she works in a relaxed, non-directive way, meaning that she will adapt her way of working to suit your needs and work with what you hope to achieve from your counselling journey. Since qualifying as a counsellor, Natalie has completed lots of continued professional development and worked with mental health and addiction support organisations, as well as in private practice. Her current work includes one-to-one counselling sessions, and she has experience of running family workshops with families affected by addiction. She is an individual member of the BACP, fully insured, and has an enhanced DBS. Natalie is also a clinical supervisor and has experience in various settings as a counsellor and supervisor, and so can offer support for a wide range of issues, such as anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, addiction, trauma, complex early years, bereavement and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Natalie is currently completing a DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) course, and a Working with Couples and Relationship course.
Natalie works with adults (18+). If you’d like to book an appointment with Natalie, please contact her via:
